Let's say you created your CMA from the homepage and chose the 'Quick and Dirty' option. The Quick and Dirty picks the most recent 10 listings near your Subject Property and maybe the criteria may not be spot on for your comps.
Once in the Listings Tab, CMA will show you all the all listings that are sold, pending or active. You can also get a property summary on the right hand side and see Beds Bath Sqft and well as Year built. Feel free to pick and choose comps that better suit your subject property.
You can also swap out listings on the go from your LIVE CMA.
From your live presentation click on the hamburger on the top left of your screen, click on Comps then click the hamburger again and click on customize and then pick and choose which comps you want to be visible.
