Who here hates looking up your comps through MLS and then having to switch back and forth on tabs to copy and paste your selected comps on your current CMA tool?
Login to StellarMLS
Select your properties you would like to include in your CMA
On the bottom of your screen click on the Cloud CMA button
This will bring you directly into your CloudCMA account pulling your subject properties into the CMA
Insert your Subject Property Address on to begin your CMA
