Cloud CMA is an online comparative market analysis report generator. Generate comprehensive, informative, personalized, and eye-catching reports for your buyers and sellers. Cloud CMA includes four report sets, including a CMA, a buyer tour, a single property report, and a property flyer.

Create a CMA

After you have logged in, click CMA at the top of your screen.

Click Create New Report (existing CMA reports will also display on this page).

Then click CMA. 

Create CMA Report – Enter the client name, any optional notes, and the subject property address. Available tax data will populate. You can modify the data and upload a property photo.

Scroll down. On the left, you can enter specific MLS numbers for your comps or use the Quick and Dirty option on the right. Then click Fetch Listings.

Organize Listings

Here you can view your comps, add a suggested price, sort them, click/hold/drag to re-arrange, uncheck to remove, add details or adjustments, and add more listings. You can add a suggested list price. Then click Customize Report.

Customize CMA Report

Here you can choose your report Theme, Layout, Template, Cover, and Font. You can re-arrange the sections via click/hold/drag. You can also remove pages by hovering over them and clicking the red circle to remove, or add Additional Content and Custom Pages by clicking them. Once you’ve finished customization, click Publish Report.
