Are you seeing a login screen instead of being logged into Xpressdocs automatically? There is currently a bug which causes this to happen and we are working with Xpressdocs to fix it. In the meantime, read below for how to workaround this issue so you can use Xpressdocs. 


Below is a step-by-step guide on how to clear your Xpressdocs cookies in Chrome. After you complete these steps you will be able to access Xpressdocs using your Smith Google account. 

  1. Open the settings in your Chrome Web Browser
  2. Search in your settings for "cookies". Then, go to Content SettingsCookiesSee all cookies and site data ▶ 

  3. Search for "xpressdocs" to filter the list and then remove the cookies.
  4. You can now login to Xpressdocs with your Smith Google account. You can do that here or via the link on the Intranet
